Child Support

Child support are payments that are made by the non custodial parent to the parent who has custody of the child. These payments are crucial, as they see to it that the children have what they need to live a comfortable life. If you have custody of your child and wish to get child support, it must be done through the legal system. First, you have to fill out an application. Next, you have to locate the non custodial parent. Finally, if they refuse to acknowledge the child, you’ll have to get a paternity test performed to prove they are the father. As far as payments go, they are based on the income of the non custodial parent. If they lose their job in the future, they can request that payments be lowered. However if they get a promotion, the other parent can also go to court to ask for more money.

Hello –
I reside in N. California and I’ve been surprised by receiving to go to court for Child Support hearing. I have been with/dated 3 women at the same time and one of them is claiming I am a father after 12 months or so; she was actually a fling obviously.
Any sugestions regarding this deviant woman claiming such things and man hunter for Child Support? And what am I going against?
Thank You -

Hi, im not trying to be a smart a**, but u said you were with 3 women, why do you think shes lying. maybe she waited because she couldnt find you or realized she needed financial help. that doesnt make her a deviant, and dont talk bad about her now, she was ok when you slept with her.
She must be VERy VERY sure you are the father, to take you to court. After having sex/dating 3 women, your lucky a kid is all you got.
