If any one out there suspects elderly abuse..it is important that it is reported..it’s a crime and these poor elderly people do not deserve such maltreatment.

Elder abuse is an outrage and especially for those in forced guardianships.
A Ward of the State is stripped of all rights —- all rights, including the right to complain about the abuse.
Abusive guardians neglect and exploit at the expense and detriment of their wards. Guardians routinely force their victims into nursing homes so they can sell off the home and personal belongings – converting to cash so they can over bill, double bill, downright fraudulently bill until all the victims’ hard earned money and life savings is in the guardian’s pockets. The victims who survive are left penniless, with broken spirits and failing health. Many victims are isolated from family and friends. And when the guardian has it all, they move on to their next victim, leaving behind the trail of abuse. But sadly, many of these perpetrators are never held accountable.
It’s a national shame and tragedy that survives in the darkness. Please visit the National Association to STOP Guardian Abuse at http://www.stopguardianabuse.org for more information on forced guardianships.
